Its OCMOD extension, just plug and play

STEP1:upload "upload directory"

STEP2:login to admin > extension > extension installer > upload "install.ocmod.xml" file
STEP3`:extension > modification > refresh
STEP4: extension > extensions > modules > install module "madein"
