In recent years the lack of Quality Control in Commercial Construction has become a real problem. This publication takes a close look at a range of quality control issues I have personally documented while on site observing the progress of construction on several commercial projects. While the majority of the issues documented here are of a structural nature, also shown are mechanical & electrical concerns. Complete with color photos of real projects.
