HOW TO INSTALL
This is a vqmod extension

Step1: place "upload" directory at site root.
Step2: Login Admin > user > user groups > administrator and set permissions
module/faqs
catalog/faqs

Step3:
Run this url
http://www.yoursitename/admin/index.php?route=module/faqs (ensure that table has been installed in database)

Go to admin > catalog > products > edit product. click on FAQ tabs
